Use of Services

You may use myus-coin.com solely for lawful trading and account management purposes. Any attempt to manipulate markets, exploit system bugs, or interfere with other users' activity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

Liability Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial financial risk. myus-coin.com does not guarantee profits and is not liable for losses arising from market movements, leverage use, liquidation events, or your own trading decisions.

Our platform infrastructure targets 99.95% uptime, but we accept no liability for losses incurred during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseeable technical outages. Users are advised to manage open positions accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, user interface elements, and proprietary data feeds on myus-coin.com are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction, scraping, or redistribution without written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myus-coin.com's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates third-party providers including Chainlink price oracles, TradingView charting, and Fireblocks custody. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these external services.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. myus-coin.com will never ask for your password by email or chat. Report suspected unauthorized access to security@myus-coin.com immediately.

Your Rights

You may request account data exports, withdrawal of personal information, or account closure at any time by contacting support@myus-coin.com. Requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of myus-coin.com after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
